Obituary

Suddenly on 23rd. June 2010 in the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, Daphne, aged 86 years. The loving and much loved wife of Ian, dearly loved and cherished mum of Alison and Andrew, loving nanna of Emma, Michael, Rachel, Romana and Jason, “little nan” to Lewis, Alicia, Lydia, Lucy – Ann and Ethan and nanna to Sam and Laura; a dear sister, sister in law, aunt and cousin and the very dear friend to many. A service to celebrate Daphne’s life will be held in the Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 1st. July 2010 at 10.20 a.m. and it is asked that all attending wear bright coloured clothes. No flowers please but donations in lieu will be gratefully received by The Lincoln & Lindsey Blind Society, Bradbury House, Ramsgate, Louth LN11 0NB and / or The Louth & District Hospice, Agriculture House, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth LN11 0WA.
